HELYX BIO N modular wastewater treatment plants are designed for biological purification of household and industrial wastewater close to them in composition, post-treatment of wastewater to discharge standards in fisheries reservoirs and disinfection of purified water.
The installation belongs to the HELYX BIO N series of modular treatment plants of full factory manufacture. The installation works according to the method of multi-stage wastewater treatment, is efficient, environmentally friendly, and extremely easy to operate.
The modules of the HELYX BIO N installation are metal containers with a frame made of metal rolling elements and a steel sheet (steel 3) with a thickness of 5 mm. Internal partitions that do not carry loads have a thickness of 3-4 mm. The internal and external surfaces of the tanks are covered with three layers of anti-corrosion coating, which reliably protects the products from corrosion, ensures the service life of the station for at least 20 years.
The drain to the structures is supplied by the pressure method through the side of the installation. The technological scheme includes an averager-preaerator with a variable level, a biological purification zone and a post-treatment zone. The biological treatment zone includes an aerotank(s) of a nitri-denitrifier with plastic loading and secondary settling tanks. The post-treatment zone consists of a plastic-loaded filter and an adsorption filter.
Waste water through the sand traps enters the averager of the HELYX BIO N installation, equipped with a fine bubble aeration system, which allows you to maintain suspended solids in a suspended state and ensure the averaging of the source wastewater. Fr om the averager, waste water is uniformly supplied by means of a submersible pump, in an amount equal to the average hourly flow rate, to the aeration tanks.
At the first stage of purification, the technology of biological purification was applied in aeration tanks of nitri-denitrifiers of mixing type with suspended activated sludge in the mode of extended aeration. A fine bubble aeration system is installed in the averager and aeration tanks, which prevents the settling of silt and the formation of stagnant zones. In the aerobic zones of aerotanks, volumetric bioloading was applied.
Sludge separation occurs in secondary settling tanks, wh ere wastewater flows from the aeration tanks by gravity through trays. The recirculating sludge is returned to the aeration tanks by means of airlifts installed in the cones of secondary settling tanks. The hydraulic system allows for 6-fold recirculation of the sludge mixture.
It is provided for the removal of floating substances using an airlift from the surface of secondary settling tanks. The concentration of sludge in aerotanks reaches up to 5mlg/l. Excess sludge is discharged to dewatering or sediment accumulation facilities (determined by the project, not included in the delivery package) using airlifts installed in secondary settling tanks.
Aftertreatment of waste water is carried out in filters with plastic loading. The filter area is additionally aerated. For the final deep purification, an adsorption filter is used, which provides the concentration of biogenic elements at the outlet within the MPC for fisheries reservoirs. The filter area is also aerated.
After post-treatment, the treated wastewater is decontaminated. For disinfection of waste water, the method of electrostatic treatment and the method of complex ultraviolet and ultrasonic treatment are used. Initially, the water enters the electrostatic disinfection unit EL-1, the final disinfection of the water takes place in the ultraviolet bactericidal radiation unit at the outlet of the HELYX BIO N 400/620 unit.
An ultrasonic flow meter "Akron-01" is installed at the outlet of the installation to monitor the flow of the volume of treated wastewater. Four data archives are stored in the flow meter memory:
The output of purified water is carried out by gravity. The output collector is at +0.200 from the surface of the plate. The decontaminated water flows through the collector of treated effluents to a place determined by the project.
The HELYX BIO N unit, insulated, block-modular type is delivered in full factory readiness, equipped with all necessary equipment, assembled in the shortest possible time with minimal costs on the construction site into a single unit, including capacitive technological compartments made of modular elements unified in performance, power equipment and communications compartments, provide the entire complex of the cleaning process waste water.
The type of foundation on which the structure is installed and its specific characteristics are determined by the designers on the basis of the geo-base and in accordance with the loads issued by the manufacturer.
