Helyx is a manufacturer of storage tanks and reservoirs for acids, alkalis, concentrated salts and other chemical liquids. We make products from composite materials (fiberglass) using a special epoxy vinyl ester resin that is resistant to a wide range of aggressive media. The containers are used for collecting, storing and dispensing products.
Increased requirements are imposed on containers for chemically aggressive environments, due to ensuring the safety of humans and the environment, as well as the need to maintain the original properties of the product.
Large-sized containers are manufactured at the customer's site using the assembly of a fiberglass structure, or special vertical winding equipment. The use of split tanks reduces the cost of transportation and installation of equipment. Also, if necessary, they are equipped with platforms, insulation, fittings (gates, valves, quick couplers, camlocks) with pumps, pipelines, heating and level control systems, etc.
Reservoirs and containers for acids, alkalis, salts and solvents are hazardous equipment. Production takes place in strict accordance with the technological documentation developed individually for each facility, taking into account its features. All products are certified and comply with state standards.
In addition to the standard configuration, tanks can be supplemented with agitators, submersible and borehole pumps, grids, mesh, gates, electric valves, flanges, etc. Storage tanks and reservoirs made of fiberglass can be installed in any type of soil, including mobile. Installation and assembly on non-standard soils is carried out using specialized equipment, with the organization of formwork, and reinforcing walls. If the tank is installed below the water, the equipment is attached to the concrete base with special ropes or belts.
