Filter holder for DuoFLO filter elements

The filter holders are designed for installation of cartridge filter elements (deep, sorption-filtering, corrugated, membrane, etc.) of the straight-through type with and without mechanical seal with a nominal cleaning rating of 1-50 microns.

• Food industry for pre-filtration and clarification of process and drinking water, wines, vodkas, alcoholic beverages, cognacs, syrups, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, vegetable oils, etc.
• Other industries for preliminary cleaning of liquids from mechanical and colloidal particles with a size of 1 micron and more.

The filter holder is a prefabricated structure of a cylindrical shape, consisting of a body, supporting baskets and a cover, connected by screws, on the threaded ends of which cap nuts with washers are screwed. The cover, filter element and basket are mated to the body using four O-rings. The quick-release cover allows you to replace the replaceable filter element in the shortest possible time. The design of the filter holder excludes any penetration of contaminants into the filtered product.

The support basket is designed to accommodate the filter element and ensures its integrity during the filtration process. It consists of two rigidly connected mesh (perforated) cylinders that support the filter element from the inside and outside. In addition, the design allows for minimal pressure drop and high fluid flow.

The DuoFLO filter element has a gradient porous structure, in which two layers of different porosity are combined, resulting in an increased dirt holding capacity. Compared to standard bag filter elements, it has an increased filtration area, approximately 62% more than its counterparts, which allows it to provide high performance, low pressure drop and longer service life.

HELY filter holders of DuoFLO type are equipped with three drains, two pressure gauges and counter flanges DN 50-100 mm for welding. HELY filter holder of DuoFLO type is made of stainless steel 12X18H10T and / or AISI 304, AISI 316L. Attachments of the filter holder to external pipelines - flange (at the request of the customer, milk nut, Clamp, etc.).
