HELYX has been manufacturing filter housings and microfiltration systems of the HELY MicroF series since 2003.
The filter holders are designed for installation of cartridge filter elements (deep, sorption-filtering, corrugated, membrane, etc.) of the straight-through type with and without mechanical seal with a nominal cleaning rating of 5-100 microns.
The HELY FD-1-810 filter holder is a prefabricated cylindrical structure, consisting of a body, a supporting basket and a cover, connected by screws, on the threaded ends of which cap nuts with washers are screwed.
The support basket is designed to accommodate the bag filter element and ensures its integrity during the filtration process. The basket is a mesh (perforated) cylinder, its design provides a minimum pressure drop, the passage of large liquid flows and excludes any penetration of contaminants into the filtered product.
The liquid enters the filter holder through the side opening through the inlet pipeline and is directed to the roof under the cover, from where it is evenly distributed over the filter element. When the liquid passes through the bag filter element, it is mechanically cleaned, and all waste is retained inside the filter element. The filtrate is removed from the filter holder through the outlet pipeline.
The quick-release lid allows replacement of the bag filter element in the shortest possible time. In this case, the filter element is removed from the housing of the filter holder together with the basket without the use of auxiliary lifting means.
The HELY FD-1-810 filter holder is made of stainless steel AISI 321H (12X18H10T) and / or AISI 304, AISI 316L. Attachments of the filter holder to external pipelines - flange (at the request of the customer, milk nut, Clamp, etc.). Filter holder FD-1-810 can be equipped with drains, pressure gauges, etc.
