Filter housings with fillers play an important role in water treatment systems. These components are essential for water filtration equipment. Inside the housings there are replaceable fillers that perform the function of a filter material.
To ensure effective water purification, a variety of materials are used in the filling of the filter, such as activated carbon, ion exchange resins, quartz sand, shungite and many others. During the filtration process, the water passes through the backfill, where various impurities and contaminants are removed.
The filling filter has a cylindrical body shape, which ensures optimal hydraulic characteristics during operation.
For the convenience of assembling and filling the filter material, the filling filter has an upper neck. Some large enclosures also have a lower neck, which facilitates the assembly and maintenance process and can be closed with a special plug.
The filter has an inner layer made of a polyethylene liner, which is made of polymers certified for safe contact with water and subsequent use.
The housing is equipped with an outer layer of fiberglass, produced using the method of continuous winding and the addition of epoxy resin.
