Application
Ultrafiltration systems HELY UltraF are designed to purify water from suspensions, microorganisms, colloidal solutions and organics without affecting the ratio of salts. When used in production, it can also be used as a preparatory treatment before supplying liquid to softening systems, filtration in nanofiltration plants or operating on the principle of reverse osmosis. Rated cleaning rating down to 0.1 micron.

Short description
Ultrafiltration systems HELY UltraF is an installation with membrane modules, in which the water purification process takes place. The principle of operation of ultrafiltration is the passage of water at a pressure of 2-4 bar through a package of tubular capillary hollow fiber membranes, enclosed in a plastic housing (module).
The number of membrane modules of the installation is from two to forty pieces. For convenient maintenance and compactness, the ultrafiltration modules are installed on a steel frame, usually in 2 rows. The number of modules and blocks is calculated from the conditions of the initial water parameters, the required performance, placement conditions, etc.
HELYX manufactures HELY UltraF ultrafiltration systems in horizontal and vertical membranes, as well as low-capacity block type.
