General description

HELYX is the implementation of effective innovative technologies that ensure the realization of the energy saving potential. Ensuring a reduction in the cost of heat energy during generation and transportation to the consumer.

Stages of forming a holistic understanding of the conditions for the functioning of the heat supply system of the enterprise (as a single life support system):

  • technical analysis of energy flows of the existing work of the heat supply system;
  • design of heat supply systems (Author's supervision);
  • supply of equipment. Construction, installation and commissioning works.

Application

Improving the energy efficiency of heat generation and transportation is one of the priority reduction factors. Achievement of these goals is ensured by carrying out energy saving measures, by applying advanced technologies and developing productive financial and economic levers for managing production, consumption and transportation of energy resources.

Short description

The purpose of the survey is to assess the energy efficiency of the processes of production and distribution of heat energy (including consumption for own needs), to determine the energy-saving potential of the enterprise, as well as to develop measures to improve the efficiency of fuel and energy use.

In the course of the survey, unproductive and irrational expenditures of fuel and energy resources are revealed, the actual energy efficiency indicators of the facility are determined and compared with the standard values, the reasons for the discrepancy are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed to reduce the costs of fuel and energy resources and energy carriers.

The rationality of the use of energy resources should be such that the actual level of the specific energy intensity of the production of products tends to correspond to the level of its specific normative-design value, determined in the prescribed manner, taking into account environmental safety.

An indicator of the efficiency of energy resources use is the degree of compliance of the actual specific energy intensity of production with its normative and calculated value, which is determined (approved) by a state body in the prescribed manner and how the norm is included in the relevant normative documentation indicating the corresponding period of its validity and published in the official reference publication.
