HELYX FIRE incinerators are equipment for incineration (thermal destruction) of various types of waste. In incinerators, bioorganic waste is incinerated, including: MSW, medical waste of groups A, B, C, partially D, expired and sanctioned products, oil sludge, corpses of pigs, cows, birds, sheep, stray animals, slaughterhouse waste, waste from meat processing plants and other solid and semi-liquid waste.
This equipment is used as a stationary waste disposal unit. Depending on the purpose of the incinerator, the device can be of the following types: for medical waste; for biological waste; for solid household waste; for veterinary waste; for wood waste; for liquid waste and oil sludge, etc.
Incinerators differ in power, volume of the loading chamber, dimensions and scope. Another fundamental difference is the type of fuel used by equipment burners.
When comparing the two types of equipment, incinerators with diesel burners show the best efficiency in terms of performance and power. However, gas burners also have their own advantages - significant savings in maintenance and operation. Additionally, the equipment can be equipped with a waste gas cleaning system to reduce the SPZ of the site of use.
