Yes, all elements (tees and bends) must be reinforced with reinforced concrete. Our STO Standards "Pressure Pipes" provide methods of calculation and selection of sizes and types of concrete stops.

3. Albums for designers, technical solutions, documentation for designers?

As materials for the design and laying of fiberglass pipes, we have developed the following documents: STO Free-flow pipes, STO Pressure pipes, design recommendations, guidelines for open laying and repair, recommendations for closed laying (rehabilitation), TU pressure-free pipes and fittings.

4. Fiberglass pipes in sea water. How about fouling with microorganisms and salts? Examples of such pipelines.

The growth of microorganisms, shells and salts of HELYX fiberglass pipes was not detected in sea water. Fiberglass pipes are widely used in conditions of exposure to sea water. From operating experience, biofouling by microorganisms and salt deposition on the pipe surface were not found.
